Updates in Build 1878

- allow binding caps-lock

- uncapped frame mode (max 240 fps)

- fix: turning off camera bobbing still had a subtle height bob
- fix: shotgun shell didn't reload texture on load game
- fix: electric coil didn't reload texture on load game
