Updates in Build 1822

- enable showing boss health in options
- render settings are now separate in the options
- fix  for camera monitors in letterboxed mode
- fix  for final boss was not damaged by electricity
- fix for negative tnt ammo in invisible mode
- fix for missing cameo cow in demo version
