Updates in Build 1815

- crosshair is hidden while running
- some guns (e.g. shotgun) are now held sideways while running
- new animation for grenade launcher reload (to account for extrem FOV)
- minor map fixes for E1M3 and E5M3

- new cheat - allows firing while running: RUNANDGUN
(you can use the ingame console to enter cheats: press ` or F10 to enter console)
