Finally fixed the missing sound issue !
(better late than never i guess)

Turns out it was broken in multiple ways but i never noticed it
because I stored the resources in a seperate folder
so the resources don't fatten up the subversion it worked fine on my machine
So let this be a lesson for all yer programming folks (and especially me)
to bite the bullet and store the resources and assets in the repository
and avoid trouble
(and to test your game on multiple comps regardless if your older
games using the same engine worked flawlessly)

Also  i manually fixed the lightmaps brightness
something i should have done in the first place
(the game still feels broken, the only puzzle in the game can be exploited
still i seen some folks amused by all the shenanigans this game brings
so i dont want to fix more for now
and want this project  to remember me how now to do things in the future)
